Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Portfolionaire platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Description of Service

Portfolionaire is a subscription platform that shares insight into our own investment portfolio — including asset allocations, performance data, and weekly reports — for informational and educational purposes only. We publish a portfolio we manage with our own capital, for transparency and education. We do not manage money on your behalf, provide personal investment advice or recommendations, send buy or sell signals, or execute transactions for you. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Payment & Subscriptions

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription, billed annually in advance through Stripe, our payment provider; we do not store your card details. Your subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Right of withdrawal

Because we provide immediate access to digital content, at checkout you must (a) ask for access to begin immediately and (b) acknowledge that, by doing so, you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once access has begun. A subscription cannot be started without this acknowledgement. Where a right of withdrawal still applies by law, you may exercise it by contacting us; otherwise, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Portfolionaire platform, including text, data, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Portfolionaire and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer. Investment decisions are made entirely at your own risk; the platform is educational and does not constitute investment advice, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in any activity that may harm the platform or its users. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
